    Avocados, California (Haas), .5 fruit
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 slice, medium
    Arnold Oatnut Bread, 2 slice

    Pepper, black, .25 tsp

Directions

Mash avocado, garlic salt, and pepper together. Spread on both pieces of bread. Add turkey and tomato.
