Ingredients

    1.5 cups whole wheat flour
    1 c ground oats
    1/2 c hemp seeds
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    the recipe calls for 1/8 tsp ground cardamom, but I didn't have any
    1 cup apple sauce (I just used 3 large apples in the processor with the other wet ingredients)
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar OR maple syrup but I didn't have any
    3/4 almond milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    3.5 tablespoons olive oil


Tips

Modify to fit your needs in terms of sugar and diet.

mix dry
mix wet
combine all
bake 25 mins or so until a toothpick comes out clean
I added a slice of apple on each one for cuteness!

Serving Size: makes 10-12 regular muffins
