Introduction

Similar to taboli salad but without the bulgar and some other ingredients. Less time consuming to make! Similar to taboli salad but without the bulgar and some other ingredients. Less time consuming to make!

Ingredients

    2 seedless cucumbers
    4-5 roma tomatoes
    1 full bunch of green onions
    1 bunch of curley parsley
    2 lemons
    1/4 cup olive oil

Tips

I measure out my lemon juice to make sure I have more lemon juice than olive oil that I'm adding to the salad. I make an adjustment if the lemons are smaller and I don't have more than 1/4 a cup - I will cut and squeeze another lemon as I prefer my salad to have more of a lemon flavor.


Directions

Chop cucumbers and tomatoes into bite size pieces. Chop green onion fine.
Chop parsley fine and add.
Lastly, add fresh lemon and olive oil.
