Ingredients

    Red Potatoes 8 potatoes
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, .25 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)

Directions

Cut the potatoes in to 8 pieces, put into a large bowl.
Toss the potatoes in the olive oil.
Combine the Salt, Garlic Powder and Pepper and add mixture to the potatoes and toss until potatoes are coated evenly.

Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and place potatoes on sheet. Cook for a bout 30 min or until thoroughly cooked and then turn on the broiler on low to brown the tops.
