2 cans of chick peas-rinse for 15 min
1/2 cup of plain nonfat yogurt
4 tablespoons of olive oil
2 small jalapeno pepper
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1 tablespoon of season salt
Goya(product) salad & vegetable seasoning 1 pkg
Goya (product) Sazon 1 pkg
Directions
After rinsing chick peas for 15 min in cold running water.
Place all ingredients in food processor and mix until completely smooth
Optional: parsley--crush garlic--tahini butter
