    1/2 large head of cabbage, shredded
    1/3 medium head of red cabbage, shredded
    2 carrots, julienned
    4 green onions, sliced thin, including greens
    6 Tbs. tahini
    6 Tbs. low sodium tamari (gluten free soy sauce)
    3 Tbs. rice vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 tsp. sesame oil
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

Tips

optional: sliced almonds, dried cranberries


Directions

Prepare veggies
Blend together sauce ingredients
Pour dressing over veggies a few hours before serving
Mix and chill
