    Oil, olive
    mustard seeds
    tomatoes, canned
    fresh ginger, minced
    fresh garlic clove,minced
    coriander, ground
    cayanne pepper powder
    turmeric powder

    Can of Chick Peas
    Can of Coconut Milk
    Sauted Onions (1 cup)


Saute all the spices in Oil;
then saute 1 cup ONIONS...

Reduce heat to medium and add:

Can of chick peas drained, Can of Coconut milk

Saute all together for 10 - 15 minutes, serve over Rice or Couscous
