Ingredients

6 to 7 cups of Ketchup

    4 cups apple cider

    1/2 cup mustard

    1 cup honey

    1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

    1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon of onion powder  (Can substitute chopped onion to taste)

    1/2 teaspoon  of garlic pepper

    2 habaneros

    2 serranos

6 - 8 dried red chilis (small to standard size)

    cholula hot sauce to taste.

    teaspoon of liquid smoke (optional)

    2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Directions

Finely chop the peppers and chilis and lightly saute them in the olive oil.  Start adding the ketchup and all of the other ingredients but the cholula.  Bring to a boil and then simmer while stirring often for about 15 to 20 minutes.  Add the cholula hot sauce to taste.  I like mine hotter so I leave the seeds in the peppers and add a few tablespoons of Cholula.
