Introduction

A yummy and healthy pizza! May not have pizza sauce, but you'll never miss it in this pizza. So yummy! A yummy and healthy pizza! May not have pizza sauce, but you'll never miss it in this pizza. So yummy!

Ingredients

    * 1 Hannaford's Refrigerated Pizza Crust
    * 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    * 1 cup Sauteed Onion
    * 2 cloves of Garlic
    * I whole container (6oz) of Athenos Feta Cheese - Crumbled Garlic & Herb
    * I pint of Grape Tomatoes (cut in half)
    * 1 bag (6oz) Fresh Express Spinach & Arugula
    * 1tsp. Rosemary, dried
    * 1tsp. Garlic powder

Directions

* Roll out your pizza crust (I keep it in the rectangle shape)
* In a small bowl mix your olive oil and seasonings together. Then brush it on the uncooked crust.
* Bake the crust by the pkg,s directions (brown the crust).
* Add the sauteed onions and then the Feta cheese on the cooked crust. Put back into the oven till Feta starts to melt.
* Remove pizza from oven.
* Take washed Spinach & Arugula and toss with cut Grape tomatoes.
* Put salad on top of hot pizza.
* Cut, serve, & enjoy!
