Ingredients

    3-4 ripe bananas (fresh or frozen)
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons oil
    1/4 cup water
    1 cup spent grain
    1 1/2 cup flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    2 teaspoons baking powder

Tips

May substitute 3-4 bananas for the pumpkin puree.


Directions

Mix ingredients in order listed, add up to 1/4 cup water. Cook in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
