Introduction

Easy and delicious microwave low carb fish meal! Easy and delicious microwave low carb fish meal!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    *turbot fish 6 oz
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    *fresh onion, 0.5 cup
    Garlic, .5 clove
    Broccoli, fresh, 5 oz.
    Parsley, 1 tbsp
    *Old Bay Seasoning- 30% less Sodium, 1 tsp
    lemon zest, 1 tsp


Tips

Spinach can be used instead of broccoli.


Directions

Saute' onion and garlic in butter. Add broccoli, lemon zest and shredded carrot. Add half a cup of water, cover pan, and simmer till half done. Sprinkle parsley on veggies. Sprinkle fish with seasoning. Spread fillets evenly with veggies. Spray microwave dish with Pam. Add fish rolls. Cook 5 min. on high. Yum!
