Ingredients

    2 C cauliflower florets
    1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil (or olive oil spray)
    1 tsp Black pepper
    1 tbsp garlic powder (to taste)
    1 tbsp cayenne pepper (to taste)


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Drizzle olive oil on the florets in a large bowl and stir until distributed. Sprinkle on the seasonings. Shake together until the cauliflower is coated. Spread florets in one layer on a baking sheat and bake for 30 minutes or until tender. Try using a variety of different spices (Lawry's season salt, onion powder, parsley flakes, use your imagination!)

    I love spice but Hubby found it a bit too spicy. Definately a fan of baking cauliflower and will play with spices as well! - 3/11/10
