Ingredients

    1 medium fresh banana
    1/2 medium fresh kiwi, skinned
    3 large strawberries, frozen
    1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt

Tips

You can add other fruits if you want a different taste. Peanut butter or chocolate can also be used for flavor.


Directions

cut all fruit up into bite sized pieces, place into blender. Turn blender on high and let chop really fine. Once that is done, add yogurt and turn back on until well mixed. Enjoy!
