    2 eggs
    1 tsp baking soda
    1.5 cup flour
    1 cup sugar
    2 tbsp 2% milk
    1 cup smashed banana
    1 tbsp vanilla extract

    cream all ingredients. line loaf pan with wax paper. pour into loaf pan. bake at 350 for 1 hour.
