Ingredients

    1 can Tomato Sauce
    1 chopped green chiles
    3 tbls cider vinegar
    2 tbls honey
    1 tbls sweet or smoked paprika
    1 tbls barbecue sause
    1 tbls Worcestershire sauce
    2 tps dry mustard
    1 tps ground chipotle chile
    1/2 tps salt
    829 grams of chicken breast
    162 grams of onion
    6 grams of garlic

Directions

1) Stir tomato sauce, chilies, vinegar, honey, paprika, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ground chipotle and salt in a 6 quart slow cook until smooth. Add chicken, onion and garlic; stir to combine.

2) Put the lid on the cooker on low until the the chicken can be pulled apart, about 5 hours.

3) Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and shred with a fork. Return the chicken to the sauce, stir well and serve.
