Ingredients

    Egg white, fresh, 8 large
    Oats, Quaker, 1 cup
    Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 0.5 cup
    Gold Nutrition Total Whey Strawberry, 100 grams
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tbsp
    Splenda, 20 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 3 tsp
    Carrots, raw, 0.5 cup, grated
    Zucchini, 0.5 cup, grated
    Pineapple, fresh, 0.3 cup, mashed

Directions

Mix all ingredients except carrots, zucchini and pineapple. Blend them all together. When they are all blended, add carrots, zucchini and pineapple. Mix week.

Put into the oven at 220ºC for 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes a 16 slices cake
