Ingredients

    Pumpkin canned
    Pumpkin pie spice
    Honey
    Protein powder. I chose Aria protein for women
    Almond or coconut milk
    Plain yogurt
    Peanut butter
    Flax seed meal
    Vanilla extract
    Nonfat dry milk 2Tbs
    Crushed ice

Tips

I use about two cups of crushed ice. Adjust to thickness preference.


Directions

Blend well with crushed ice.

Serving Size: Makes 2 16 oz servings.
