Introduction

Ingredients

    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1/2 tbsp. chopped Scallions, raw
    2 oz. Mixed *Bell Pepper, diced
    1/2 slice *Healthy Choice cooked ham
    3 oz. Crimini mushroom
    2 oz. Milk, low sodium
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash of Pepper, black


Directions

Combine milk and egg, stir till blended. Add dice bell peppers, scallions, mushroom and ham and stir.
Pour contents into the Tupperware Breakfast Cooker, place lid on.

Microwave on high heat for 1 1/2 minutes minutes. Depending on the wattage of your microwave.
