Introduction

These are very yummy! These are very yummy!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 large egg
    1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    7 tsp. raw honey, divided use
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. sea salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    Nonstick cooking spray
    2 medium apples, peeled, sliced

Directions

1. Place egg, yogurt, oil and 3 tsp. honey in a large mixing bowl; whisk to blend. Set aside.
2. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a medium bowl; mix well.
3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix well.
4. Heat large nonstick skillet lightly coated with spray over medium-high heat.
5. Spoon about 1/4 cup batter into skillet for each pancake; cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until bubbles form on top. Flip with spatula and cook for 30 seconds. Repeat with remaining batter.
6. Top pancakes evenly with apples and remaining 4 tsp. honey.
