Introduction

Ingredients

    1 rutabega
    1 sweet potato
    1 russet potato
    3 beets with tops
    2 turnips with tops
    2 parsnips
    3 carrots
    1 small apple
    1/2 bunch parsley
    1 onion
    1 apple
    Light sour cream
    Salt and pepper to taste




Directions

Peel and coursely chop all ingredients. Cover with water and boil until vegetables are soft. Cool. Puree until smooth. Reheat. Add 1 tablespoon of light sour cream to the middle of each bowl of soup
