Ingredients

    3 cans of 98% fat free cream of celery soup
    4 cups skim milk
    4 cups of water
    1 16oz bag of frozen sweet corn
    1 10oz bag of frozen broccoli florets
    1 small turkey ham (about 1.5#) cubed
    1 large red bell pepper diced fine
    5 - 6 medium potato's, peeled and cubed
    1 TBS of McCorrmick Vegetable Supreme Seasoning
    1 TBS garlic powder
    4 TBS minced onion
    1 TBS of brown sugar

Directions

Cube turkey ham, potato's, and chop red bell pepper. Place in crock pot with 3 cans of cream of celery soup, 4 cups of skim milk and 4 cups of water. Then pour in corn and add the remaining ingredients. Stir, cover, and let cook on high for about 4 hours then reduce to low heat for the remaining 2 hours. The last 30 minutes, add the broccoli and turn temp back up to high.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 16 1.5 bowels of soup
