Ingredients

    Spaghetti Squash
    deli style honey ham
    1 large egg
    sharp cheddar cheese

Tips

Spaghetti Squash takes about 30 minutes to cook by boiling. I typically pre-cook my spaghetti squash once or twice a week to cut down on actual cook time for meals. Feel free to switch out the meat or cheese according to personal preference. Double/triple/etc the ingredient portions to make additional servings. The main thing is, if you are trying to cut down on carbs, but miss your potatoes and pasta, Spaghetti Squash is a life saver :)

Directions

Poach one large egg. Shred/cut up 2 ounces of deli style honey ham. Prep 1 cup of cooked spaghetti squash and a quarter cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix all ingredients into a bowl. Cook in microwave until cheese is melted (1-2 minutes) Mix thoroughly.
