Ingredients

    1/4 cup yellow curry paste (mae ploy from asian supermarket)
    1 can coconut milk
    1 tbsp vegetable oil

Tips

serve over sauted meats or tofu and vegetables. with rice or quinoa.


Directions

fry curry paste in oil for a few minutes and add coconut milk and simmer about 15 minutes. this is barely a recipe at all. :)
