Ingredients

2 Pounds beef stew meat cut into 1' pieces
1/4 c. of flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 c. beef broth
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. paprika
4 carrots (sliced)
3 potatoes (peeled and diced)
2 medium onions (chopped)
1 celery stalk (sliced)
2 tsp. kitchen bouquet (optional)
Tips
This recipe is great the next day with some weight watchers cheese cubes and low sodium crackers!
Directions
Place meat in crockpot. Mix flour, salt and pepper and pour over meat, then stir to coat meat with flour mixture. Add reamaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours, stirring occassionally.
