Ingredients

    3 Pollock Fillets
    1/2 c. Saltine Crackers - crushed
    Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
    Lemon Pepper Seasoning
    1 raw egg

Directions

Crush crackers. Mixed with egg, and seasoning. Squeeze lemon juice into mix. Lightly spray nonfat cooking spray into baking dish. Add fish fillets. Add crumbled mix onto top of fillets. Bake 35 - 40 minutes until fish is done.
