Ingredients

    80 grams of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
    33 grams of Ground Almonds
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    64g of Coconut Flour
    2 Whole Eggs
    2 tbsp molasses
    5 pieces candied ginger (optional)
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp ginger
    1/2 tsp allspice

*** these turn out somewhat "cakey" but delicious


Directions

1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix everything in a big bowl
3. Drop batter onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes
