Introduction

Ingredients

3 C whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 C milk (I used soy)
1/4 C oil (I used canola)
1/2 C thawed frozen apple juice concentrate
1 C berries (I used thawed frozen strawberries)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
In large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. Pour milk in and blend together. Add oil and juice concentrate. Stir just to mix, then gently fold in berries.
Drop batter by the tablespoon onto baking sheet. Bake until golden on top, approximately 10 minutes.
Makes approximately 24 biscuits
