Ingredients

    Del Monte, Tomato Sauce, Organic, 1.5 cup
    Ground Beef 93% Lean, 6 oz
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz
    costco, organic pasta, 2/3c dry, 6 serving
    Fat Free Cottage Cheese (1/2 cup), 2 serving
    Italian seasoning, 2 tsp
    Garlic Powder, 1 tsp
    Onion Powder, 1 tsp
    Pepper, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Sugar, 1 tsp

Directions

Brown the beef and cook off the pasta.

Mix 1.25 tsp of Italian seasoning, 0.5 tsp of garlic, 0.5 tsp of onion, 0.5 tsp of pepper, 0.5 tsp of salt, and the sugar with the tomato sauce.

Add in the ground beef to the sauce.

Mix the cottage cheese with the rest of the seasonings.

Mix the pasta and tomato sauce together.

Pour into a greased baking dish.

Swirl in the cottage cheese mixture.

Top with cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and browned.
