Introduction

Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 3 large
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp - optional
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    Cooked Onion, .20 cup
    *Creamed Corn, 2 cup
    Saltine Crackers (Saltines), 1 cup, crushed
    Bacon, pork, microwaved, 10 medium slices, cooked - optional

Tips

I also have baked this in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes.


Directions

Wisk milk and eggs together then add remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly buttered crock pot dish (I use PAM). Cover and cook on High for 2 1/2 hours or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
