Ingredients

    Pasta, cooked per directions on box
    Filling: grated cheese, ricotta cheese, spinach & eggs
    Sauce: Canned spaghetti sauce mixed with diced tomatoes, browned sausage (casings removed and crumbled), garlic and onion

Directions

Cook pasta per directions on box.
Brown crumbled sausage with garlic & onion, add tomatoes and canned sauce.
Mix filling of cheeses (grated & ricotta), add spinach (thawed & well drained), mix in eggs -- keep cold.

Layer in casserole dish(es) -- sauce, pasta, filling --repeat to fill container, top with a layer of sauce.

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to one hour & enjoy!

Serving Size: makes 12 servings, but in my family it serves 6!
