Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup warm milk
    1 egg
    1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
    1 tsp. salt
    3-3/4 cups regular flour
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast (2-1/4 tsp.)

Tips

Can be baked in the bread machine as a loaf too. Use regular flour, not bread flour. Whole wheat works too.


Directions

Place ingredients in bread machine. If baking in the machine, follow manufacturer's instructions for order of ingredients. Otherwise if using dough setting, it doesn't really matter. Use dough setting on bread machine. Take out and shape into 12 rolls. Place in greased 11 x 17 pan, and let rise in warm place at least one hour. Bake at 375 degrees F until browned.
