That's it! Just lentils, oats and some seasonings. Yet somehow these come out meaty and delicious. That's it! Just lentils, oats and some seasonings. Yet somehow these come out meaty and delicious.
Number of Servings: 25

Ingredients

    2 cups quick oats
    2 cups cooked lentils
    Tbsp soy sauce
    Tbsp ketchup
    tsp (ish) Cumin, chili powder, garlic powder and onion powder

Directions

Mash all together and season to taste. Roll into balls. Bake on sprayed sheet at 400 for 20 minutes. Turn them once or twice.

Serving Size: Makes 25 or so "meatballs"
