Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese, 2% skim
    1/2 Cup Oats
    7 Egg Whites
    A drop of Vanilla Extract

Tips

It tastes great when topped with berries.


Directions

Mix ingredients in a blender. Pour into a sprayed pan or griddle on medium heat. Flip after the pancakes begins to bubble and the bottom is cooked. Remove from heat after both sides are cooked.
