    16 oz Cool Whip Lite
    1 Box Jello Orange Sugar Free
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    16 oz 1% cottage cheese
    1 can mandarine oranges


Drain pineapple and oranges and set aside. Beat dry Jello into Cool Whip untl well blended. Fold in cottage cheese. Add pineapple and fold. Save a few orange pieces for decoration if desired. Tear oranges into pieces and stir gently into Cool Whip mixture. Refridgerate 2 hours before serving.

  • This taste so good. My whole family enjoys it. I did modify it a bit by using sugar free jello and adding 1/2 cup of chopped pecans. MMM - 12/2/08
