Ingredients

-Frozen or fresh berries (3 kinds for example: blueberries, raspberries and sliced strawberries)
- Egg whites
-Brummel and Brown Butter
-Skim milk
-Baking soda
-Wheat germ
-Sea Salt
-Whole-wheat pastry flour
-Sugar free syrup
-Non stick cooking spray
Directions
1.Defrost frozen berries, put in medium bowl, set aside.
2. Combine eggs, butter, and milk in a medium bowl; mix until blended
3. Combine baking soda, wheat germ, salt and flour in bowl; mix well.
4. Add flour mixture to egg mixture; mix until blended
5. Heat large nonstick skillet lightly coated with spray on medium-high heat.
6. Spoon about 1/4 cup batter into skillet for each pancake; cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
7. add about 2 tsp berries to each pancake. Flip with spatula and cook for 30 seconds.
8. Repeat with remaining batter.
9. Serve covered with extra berries and/or sugar free syrup
