Introduction

Ingredients

    20oz lean ground turkey
    1 onion, diced
    1 cubanelle pepper, diced
    1 poblano pepper, diced
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
    Low Sodium Tomato Juice, as desired (40-46 oz)
    Chili Powder, Oregano, Cumin, to taste
    Steak Seasoning, Salt, and/or pepper to taste


Directions

Brown turkey in olive oil, breaking into bits. Add onions, peppers, and garlic. Saute until soft, about 10 minutes. Add steak seasoning, chili powder, cumin, and oregano. Stir to coat the meat and vegetables. Add beans and tomato juice. Simmer on low for 45-60 min.
