Ingredients

1 2-lb package chopped fresh collard greens
1 lb. boneless pork loin chops
    Sea salt to taste
    Garlic powder to taste
1 or 2 dried whole cayenne peppers (optional, to taste)

Tips

Can be cooked in a large stock pot as well. Cover with water, and cook on low, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.

Directions

Put collards in the bottom of the slow cooker. Place 1 lb. boneless pork chops on top. Season with garlic powder and sea salt to taste, place dried peppers in pot. (If using red pepper flakes or powdered cayenne, start with half a teaspoon, vary it to taste.) Add enough water to fill pot half way (you don't need as much in the slow cooker).

Cook on low at least 6 hours. Serve with vinegar for seasoning.
