Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1/2 C chopped onion
    (2) 8oz tomato sauce
    (1) 15oz can black beans, drained & rinsed
    1 can (8.75) whole kernel corn undrained
    1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles undrained
    6 flour tortillas (8 inch)
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

    2 tsp Chili Powder
    1 tsp Ground Cumin
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 tsp Oregano Leaves

Directions

Brown beef & onions in large skillet; drain. Add tomato sauce, beans (drained & rinsed), corn & green chiles; mix well. Stir in spices. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 mins.

Spread 1/2 cup of mixture on bottom of 13x9x2 baking dish sprayed with non stick spray. Top with 3 tortillas, overlapping as needed. Layer with 1/2 of the remaining mixture & half of the cheese. Repeat with remaining tortillas, mixture & cheese.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15mins or heated through. Let stand 5 mins before serving.
