    1 cup Orange Juice (I used Tropicana Pure premium light & healthy OJ for this nutritional count)
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries (I used Dole frozen blueberries)
    1/4 cup Organic frozen blackberries
    1/4 cup Organic frozen raspberries
    1/2 cup Stonyfield Farm Organic fat free vanilla yogurt


Blend all ingredients together in blender. If you use all frozen fruit then you do not need to add ice to blender. Makes 2 1-cup servings.
