Ingredients

    3 Cups Flour whole wheat King Arthur
    1 Cup Oats, Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats
    1 Cup Cereals, oats, instant
    1/4 Cup Raw sugar(C&H Raw Hawaiian)
    1 Can pure Pumpkin
    1 Cup Cranberries, dried
    1 Banana, smashed
    1 1/2 TBSP Baking Powder1/8 Chup Wheat bran
    2 Egg, fresh, beaten
    1 tsp Seasalt
    1 1/2 Cups Lactaid Fat Free Milk
    1 1/2 TBSP Pumpkin pie spice

Tips

These make very large bars. They could be cut into half and still be a good snack. They look really dry on top, but are actually very moist. Without the salt, they are not very sweet, kids will probably not like them unless you increase the sugar. They can be made into muffins as well, but you will need to adjust cooking time.


Directions

Set Oven to 375
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl. combine in large bowl and mix well. Spread into large lined sheet pan and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and cut into bars, Package individually and freeze if desired.

Serving Size: Cut into 24 equal pieces
