Ingredients

    2 lbs boneless stewing beef cubes
    375 ml pepper rings in juices
    1 packet good seasons Italian dressing mix
    1 jar hot or mild giardiniera, oil drained.

Tips

If you prefer the giardiniera veggies more al dente, add to crock pot in last hour.


Directions

Just combine all ingredients together in crock pot and set on low 6-8 hours. Shred beef and return to juices (drain a bit of juice if too much...add a bit of beef broth during cooking if too little). Serve on bun, over rice or noodles or just eat from a bowl if low carb lifestyle.
