Ingredients

    1 serving of fresh raw Carrots
    1 cup of raw Broccoli
    1 cup of fresh spinach
    1 medium roma tomato
    2 small gala apples
    Juice from 2 freshly squeezed white grapefruit

you can of course use different fruits and vegetables. It's just such a great way of making sure you get your daily servings of vegetables and fruits. It's a great source of fiber


Directions

Put all your ingredients together in the blender or a magic bullet and mix until you get it as smooth as possible. you can also add a teaspoon of vanilla extract and a dash of cinnamon for some added flavor
