Ingredients

Cabbage Cut into 4 oz Wedges, 4 oz
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
*Kirkland California Granulated Garlic, 2 tsp
*Kirkland Sweetner (Splenda), 4 serving
Tips
If you like, drizzle the roasted wedges with Balsamic Vinegar before serving.
Or, if you like something a little sweeter, spray the wedges with Apple Juice about half way through the cooking cycle.
Directions
Cut a whole cabbage into wedges (approximately 4 oz each).
Brush the wedges with olive oil, mix the garlic and sweetener together and sprinkle all sides of the wedges liberally.
Turn the Traeger Grill to Smoke with the lid open and place the wedges on the grill. When the grill starts smoking, close the lid and wait 15 minutes.
Open the lid, turn the wedges over, turn the grill to 400 degrees and close the lid.
The wedges should be done in about 20-25 minutes.
