Introduction

Ingredients

    2 C. of cooked brown rice
    1 Can Dole pineapple tidbits or crushed in juice
    1 Can of Mandarin oranges in juice
    10 marachino cherries, chopped
    2 cups of cool whip free
    1/2 cup of reduced fat sour cream
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Cook the rice as usual, but use the juice from the pineapple and oranges along with the water. When cool, mix all ingredients together. Refridgerate for at least two hours.

Makes 4 servings.

    Incredible!
    I made this without the cool whip. I used 1½ c sour cream instead. It was fab! Changed the sweetness to PERFECT! - 11/5/20
