Introduction

Carrots, Oatmeal, Raisins or Crasins, and Whole Wheat Flour baked into chewy bars Carrots, Oatmeal, Raisins or Crasins, and Whole Wheat Flour baked into chewy bars

Ingredients

    4 Carrots shredded
    1/2 Coconut Oil or other oil
    1/2 applesauce, sweetened
    1cup Brown Sugar
    2 Eggs
    2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour, have used almond flour here
    1tsp baking powder
    1tsp salt
    1/2 cup oats
    1/4 Craisins or Raisins
    1/4 Walnuts
    1/4 Ground Flax Meal

Directions

Mix ingredients, mush into a pan coated with non stick spray, put in a preheated oven, 350 degrees. Check in 25 minutes, if pan is shallow, 30-35 for deeper pans.
