Ingredients

    1 package family size ravioli or tortellini (Buitoni)
    2 large cans chicken broth 99% fat free
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1-6oz. container fresh pico de gallo, medium
    Sour cream for topping
    Cilantro (optional)

Directions

Boil broth, add ravioli or tortellini and cook as directed on package. Add rinsed beans and salsa after pasta is cooked, return to simmer for 5 mins to heat beans. Serve with a heaping dallop of sour cream and minced cilantro.
