    300 g flour
    3 whole eggs
    some salt
    50-100 ml water as needed


goes well with roast meat and dark sauce


sift flour in bowl
add salt
add whole quirled eggs
mix well until smooth
add water until smooth and sticky to where it will hang and stretch off the edge of a spoon without dropping

fill tablespoon full at a time into press with small sized holes and press into boiling water
take out with straining spoon when Spaetzle float to surface (in a minute or two)
repeat until all dough is used up

serve hot or reheat by making them slightly crisp in small amount of butter in frying pan
