    Dried Red Lentils
    No Salt Added Chicken Broth
    Water
    Red Bell Pepper
    Hemp Oil
    Celery
    Mushrooms
    Onion
    Garlic
    Curry Powder
    Pepper (Watkins Garlic & Onion)
    Hemp Hearts Compressed Flakes

Tips

Serve with multi grain bread or bun. Add dollop of plain greek yogurt if desired.


Directions

Cook lentils in broth for 15 minutes.
Stir fry vegetables in oil until tender.
Add veggies to lentils
Add curry, pepper, flakes.
Cook on low 45 minutes.
Blend with hand blender until smooth.
