Ingredients

    - cucumber – 1 small chopped
    - carrot – 1 small chopped
    - tomato – 1 small chopped
    - Beet root – 1/2 cup chopped
    - cabbage – 1/2 cup shredded
    - Onion- 1 small chopped
    - salad leaves – 1/3 cup chopped
    - Coriander leaves
    - chat masala , red chilly flakes, roasted jeera powder
    - salt and lemon to taste
    - 1 6oz cup non-fat chobani yogurt

Directions

Chop all veggies and toss with yogurt and spices
