Ingredients

    12 cups fresh cabbage
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tbsp molasses
    2 tbsp sesame oil
    About 1/4 cup minced banana or other pepper
    About 1 cup chicken stock
    1 tbsp grated ginger
    1 oz toasted sesame seeds

Directions

Chop about 12 cups fresh cabbage.
Grate ginger, mince banana pepper.
Over medium heat, simmer all ingredients except seeds, till soft.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
